This is an easy and fast way to map out the current way of working with your team, including dependencies, stakeholders and desired outcomes (process mapping phase). Here we also determine the purpose of the optimization.
Based on the results, we propose an optimized way of working (build phase). If desired, we can also look at ways of automation. Finally, we test the new working method (test phase) and ensure that it is accepted by all parties involved and that all users work according to the new workflow (implementation & onboarding phase).
Should internal changes occur afterwards or evaluation shows that tightening is desired, we will adapt the process accordingly (maintenance).
